For Executives at Banks · Insurers · Capital Markets · Healthcare Firms

Your AI pilots keep dying at model risk review. They don't have to.

I help regulated firms pick the AI use cases worth funding — and ship them past model risk, audit, and the board. In 14 days you can have an investment roadmap your examiners can read.

No payment. No pitch deck. If I can't help, I'll tell you on the call — and point you to who can.

The Pattern

AI pilots don't fail on capability.
They fail on governance confidence.

After two decades inside Fortune 500 transformation programs — and four years building agentic AI for regulated environments — the failure pattern is consistent. It isn't the model.

Failure 01

The use-case portfolio is unpriced.

Pilots are chosen by enthusiasm, not by expected value. Nobody has scored the candidate use cases against cost, risk, and regulatory exposure — so the wrong ones get funded and the right ones never surface.

Failure 02

Model risk review kills it late.

The pilot works — then dies at model risk management, audit, or examiner review because governance was an afterthought. I watched $100M+ programs stall at exactly this gate at TCS. Governance has to be the architecture, not the appendix.

Failure 03

Nothing connects to the P&L.

AI is measured by activity — pilots launched, tokens consumed — instead of operating cost removed, capacity created, and risk reduced. Without a value chain the board can read, funding stops at the second budget cycle.

How We Work Together

Three ways in. One standard:
you leave with something executable.

Every engagement starts the same way — a free 20-minute fit call. If there's a real problem I can move, we'll pick the right vehicle together. If there isn't, I'll say so.

Your Advisor

Kishor Akshinthala

27 years in enterprise technology. My career began at Siemens and Tata Consultancy Services — 19 years at TCS Americas leading large-deal origination and transformation programs for Fortune 500 organizations across banking, insurance, healthcare, and capital markets. As Head of Large Deals, Americas, I closed $8B+ in total contract value at a 45% competitive win rate — including a $2B/10-year insurance cloud transformation, a $476M IT consolidation, and $1B+ in AI-first modernization portfolios.

Then I went from selling transformation to building it. As Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer of CAIBots, I design agentic AI systems for regulated industries — investment research, KYC/AML compliance, claims and underwriting automation — built for environments where governance, auditability, and reliability are non-negotiable. Through AvArikA Ventures, I serve as a Fractional Chief AI Officer and have advised portfolio companies through $50M+ exits.

Why this matters for you: I've sat on both sides — the buyer's examiner-facing reality and the builder's production reality. I know why AI programs die at model risk review because I watched nine-figure deals stall at exactly that gate. iProDecisions is where that experience becomes advisory: direct, priced for decision-makers, and grounded in systems that actually run.

Common Questions

Before you book.

Is the fit call really free — what's the catch?

No catch. Twenty minutes, no payment, no obligation. It exists because $4,500+ engagements shouldn't be bought from a webpage — they should start with a conversation where we both decide it's a fit. If it isn't, I'll say so on the call.

What exactly do I get from the AI Opportunity Review?

Over two weeks: a scored portfolio of AI use cases across your operations (ranked by value, feasibility, and regulatory exposure), a governance gap assessment against model risk and audit expectations, a 90-day execution roadmap with sequencing and build-vs-buy recommendations, and a live executive readout. You leave with a document your board and your examiners can both read.

Why is the founding-client rate discounted?

The first five Opportunity Reviews are priced at $4,500 instead of $7,500 in exchange for a written case study and reference. It's a straight trade: you get the full engagement at a founding rate; I get documented proof. After five, the rate goes to list.

How is this different from hiring CAIBots?

iProDecisions is advisory — strategy, governance, roadmaps, and fractional AI leadership, vendor-neutral by design. CAIBots is a deployment platform I co-founded for organizations that want agents built and operated. If deployment is the right answer for you, I'll say so transparently — and you're free to build with anyone.

Why not McKinsey, Deloitte — or just building internally?

Big-firm AI practices sell teams and timelines; you get a partner for the pitch and analysts for the work, at 10–20x this price. Internal builds fail for the opposite reason — capability without governance experience, which is exactly where pilots die. I'm the third option: one senior operator who has sat on the buy side of $8B in enterprise deals and the build side of production agents in regulated environments. You get the judgment directly, in weeks not quarters — and if your problem genuinely needs a big firm or an internal build, the Opportunity Review will say so and sequence it.

Do you only work with large enterprises?

No. The Opportunity Review and Fractional CAIO retainer are built for mid-market and enterprise firms in regulated industries. The $247 Working Session exists precisely for founders, operators, and investors who need senior judgment on one decision without an enterprise engagement.

What happens after I book?

You'll receive a calendar invite with a video link and a short intake form for your top questions and context. Sessions run on Zoom or Google Meet. Paid sessions include a written recap within 24 hours; the fit call ends with a clear recommendation — even if the recommendation is "you don't need me."

What's your refund policy on paid sessions?

Full refund on the Working Session if you're not satisfied — no questions asked. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice. Larger engagements are scoped in writing before any payment.
